چکیده
Nowadays, wide-bandgap (WBG) devices, primarily made from silicon carbide (SiC) and gallium nitride (GaN), are widely applied in power generation, transmission, conversion. Moreover, the application of WBG devices has had a transformative impact field energy Compared with Si counterparts, SiC GaN can remarkably improve conversion system efficiency density while generating higher electromagnetic interference (EMI) emissions. There many studies on their behaviour systems. However, methods mitigating EMI/electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) still lack scientific guidance. This article reviews characteristics significant EMI problems discussed. Then, types, causes, reduction summarized, advantages disadvantages these presented as well. Based reviewed studies, future research, conclusions this EMI/EMC discussed to help relevant researchers deepen understanding new challenges brought by applications which useful engineering.

Power and Politics of Language Use: A Survey of Hedging Devices in Political Interviews
One tactful strategy in political rhetoric is hedging which is associated with vagueness and innuendos. Despite the studies that address hedging in academic discourse and conversation analysis, studies that investigate hedges in relation to political power, face, and politeness are tremendously few. To this aim, four political interviews were selected from CNN and BBC websites on the basis of t...
متن کاملRandomized PWM for conductive EMI reduction in DC-DC choppers
In this paper, a comparative investigation of different random modulation schemes against the normal pulsewidth modulation (PWM) for the DC motor drive with step-down chopper (buck) and half-bridge configuration is presented. For this purpose, an experimental setup with DSP2 board has been developed. The board consists of the signal processor TMS320C32 which is suitable for verifying the differ...
متن کاملSimple Success with Conducted EMI and Radiated EMI for LMR160X0
Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) is an unwanted effect between two electrical systems as a result of either electromagnetic radiation or electromagnetic conduction. EMI is the major adverse effect caused by the application of switch-mode power supplies (SMPS). In switching power supplies, EMI noise is unavoidable due to the switching actions of the semiconductor devices and resulting disconti...
متن کاملCharacterization of Conducted EMI Generated by Switched Power Converters
A simplified simulation method for the calculation of conducted electromagnetic interference (EMI) caused by switched power converters (SPCs) is presented. The method presented here is based on a “sourcepropagation-pathderived disturbance” simulation process and is specially designed to simplify the mentioned computation problems. In the design of the proposed method, quick and robust simulatio...

Multilevel static power conversion (MSPC) technology has ability to process high voltages and generate multitier voltage waveforms with high spectral quality. This technology is increasingly being used in acdc, dc-ac converters and power conditioning applications. In view of this, a comprehensive review of MSPC technology is presented in this paper, which includes configurations, control strate...
